We aim to notify account owners of issues and offer remediation when appropriate. Repeated or egregious violations may forfeit refunds or credits as described in the Terms.
Report abuse or suspected violations to: abuse@hellomailhost.com. Include logs, headers, timestamps, and affected domains where possible. We will acknowledge receipt and may request additional details.
For security reports, contact security@hellomailhost.com. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we confirm a fix or provide guidance.
