Welcome to HelloMailHost. Your subscription is provisioned and ready. Follow these steps to log in:
- Open the welcome email titled Your HelloMailHost Login.
- Click Set Password to create your admin password.
- Visit the Admin Portal URL in the email and sign in with your new credentials.
Tip: Bookmark the Admin Portal for quick access. If you enabled MFA during checkout, complete the code verification on first login.

We configure your domain automatically if purchased with your plan. If you brought your own domain, complete DNS in your registrar:
- Nameservers (recommended): Set to the values in your welcome email to let us manage DNS.
- Verify domain: Add the TXT record provided in your email (host: @).
- Email deliverability: Create SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records as listed in your Admin Portal > Email > DNS.
Propagation can take 15–60 minutes. You can proceed with mailbox setup in parallel.
Create mailboxes and assign roles:
- In Admin Portal, go to Email > Mailboxes and click Add User.
- Enter name, username, and initial password. Choose role: User (mail only) or Admin (manage users, DNS).
- Share the login URL with users. Encourage enabling MFA under Security.
Aliases and groups (e.g., sales@, info@) can be added under Email > Groups.
Common fixes:
- Can’t log in: Use password reset on the portal, check MFA device time, try an incognito window.
- DNS not verifying: Confirm TXT record at root (@) with no extra quotes; wait 30–60 minutes; clear DNS cache.
- Email not delivering: Validate SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment; check spam/junk; send a test from another provider.
